- The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.
- The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made
- In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- DEFINITIONS
- “Company” or “we” means Apollonia Holiday Apartments, whose registered office is at 20, Ikarou Street, Paphos, Cyprus.
- “Booking” means the booking for accommodation, functions and/or any other services or items made with us and any other terms and conditions stated to apply to the Booking.
- “Apartments” means the premises for which your Booking is made.
- “Terms” means these terms and conditions.
- “Website” means www.apollonia.com.cy or any other website operated by travel agents or booking engines related to it.
- “VAT” means value-added tax of 9% included in the cost displayed.
- BOOKINGS / RESERVATIONS
- All Bookings at the Apartment are subject to these Terms.
- At the time of booking or at check-in, you might be requested to provide your credit/debit card details, and you authorise the use of this card for any sums that become payable. We shall also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking in certain circumstances.
- BOOKING AMENDMENTS ,MODIFICATIONS & CHANGES
- The rates/prices displayed on the Websites or other agents are per night, per apartment type, and are based on the number of people staying and the length of stay. Deposit and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified. Once a rate is selected on the website, the total for your requested stay shall be displayed on the reservation summary. Prices shall be charged in Euro’s.
- The VAT breakdown shown is based on the current 9% VAT rate, applicable at the tax point of the invoice or the Booking confirmation issued.
- CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS
- In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference, their passport/identity card/driving licence and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the cardholder. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime. The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
- CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 14:00
- Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check in at any time after 2.00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. All apartments secured by deposit, credit/debit card, or prepaid at the time of booking will be held until 11:59 pm on the scheduled day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed directly with Apollonia Apartments.
- Any non-secured reservation will be held until 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified Apollonia Apartments of a late arrival.
- CHECK-OUT AT 12:00
- Late check-out after this time can be requested, subject to availability, by Apollonia Apartments.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their apartments by 12.00 noon (unless a later departure is requested/inform the administration, or stated as part of your Booking).
- PAYMENT
- We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit cards: Visa; debit cards – Visa/Delta, Visa/Electron, American Express, MasterCard/Diners International, Diners Club, etc.

- Direct bank transfer to Apollonia Management Ltd Bank account.
- For advance pre-payment, the card you booked with must be presented on arrival, along with the appropriate ID.
- Should charges exceed your initial check-in authorisation, additional settlement will be required to ensure continued room access. All balances must be paid in full in advance for outstanding charges during multi-night stays.
- If your final charges are less than the amount authorised at check-in, any unutilized funds will be released. Please note that we reserve the right to restrict access to your room if payment or an alternative deposit is not provided.
- CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
- Standard Reservations: Deposit paid. In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge one night’s accommodation per room to the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking.
- Prepaid Rates Full prepayment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking. The following conditions apply:
- 30+ Days Before Arrival: Cancellations are fully refundable.
- 30 Days to 48 Hours Before Arrival: We reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
- Within 48 Hours or No-Show: The full prepayment is forfeited. However, you may transfer your reservation to new dates (up to one year ahead) with no extra fees.
- CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
- In the rare and extreme event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. Beyond this refund, we shall have no further liability. However, upon your request, we will use reasonable endeavours—without commitment—to suggest an alternative location of a similar standard.
- Your booking guarantees a specific apartment type (Studio, One-Bedroom, or Two-Bedroom) within the Apollonia Apartments complex, but does not guarantee a specific room number or that you will remain in the same room for the duration of your stay.
- If you have requested a specific room in writing, we will make every reasonable effort to honour your preference. However, we reserve the right to allocate an alternative room for operational or safety reasons. Should we move you to an alternative apartment, we will either provide a complimentary upgrade or, if the new apartment has a lower rate, refund you the difference.
- Damage / Loss of personal belongings or other property
- We reserve the right, and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Apollonia Apartments during your stay (including, without limitation, specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
- ACCESSIBILITY
- Please contact our Call Centre at (+357) 99364879 to discuss your specific requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- LEISURE
- Guests staying in an Apollonia Apartment with children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may use the pool facilities until 8.00 p.m.
- At times, facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will attempt to keep all Apollonia Apartments guests informed of these circumstances; however, this may not always be possible.
- PARKING
- Apollonia Apartments has its own private car park. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or accidents (personal injuries) that may happen in the parking area.
- Guest Behaviour & Quiet Hours (20:00 – 08:00).
- Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respect the property, staff, and fellow guests of Apollonia Apartments. Please ensure your conduct does not disrupt others’ comfort or the smooth operation of the complex.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or evict any guest whose behavior breaches these standards. In such cases, the company is not obligated to refund any lost accommodation or expenses. Any refund issued is at the absolute discretion and goodwill of Apollonia Management Ltd.
- NO SMOKING
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and indoor areas. Guests are welcome to smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
- CHILDREN
- Children (under 16 years of age) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Additional charges may apply for children over 12 years of age; please verify these details at the time of booking.
- POOL: Exercise extreme caution in and around the pool area.
- PETS
- Guide dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Other pets, such as cats or dogs, may be accepted at the Company’s absolute discretion.
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
- All personal information is securely stored and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- LIABILITY & FORCE MAJEURE
- The Company accepts no liability and will not provide reimbursement or compensation for accidents occurring within the property or its public areas.
- Furthermore, the Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to: floods, earthquakes, extreme weather, natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, fire, or the failure of utilities (electricity, gas, water), machinery, computers, vehicles, or building structures.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of any property kept or left in the apartment or public areas or in any areas of the premises. Guests are advised to use the safe located in their apartment.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss—including loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity—whether arising from the negligence of the Company, its employees, contractors, or agents. The Company’s total liability is strictly limited to the total charges received under the Contract.
- The Company is not responsible and is not liable for personal injury or death caused by the Company’s negligence, or for liability arising from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
- The Contract and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with it are governed by Cypriot law.
- The Cypriot courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising out of the Contract, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations.
- Each party irrevocably waives any objection which it may now or later have to proceedings being brought in the Cypriot courts (on the grounds that the Cypriot courts are not a convenient forum or otherwise).
- WEBSITE INFORMATION
- While all reasonable efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of information on the Websites, the Company does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements featured on the Websites without notice. Please note that in certain circumstances, generic photographic images have been used to represent the general style of a particular product or hotel.
- The content of the Websites is the copyright of the Company, and may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed or amended for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
- Trade marks used on the Websites are the property of the respective owners. Hyperlinks to third-party websites are provided for your convenience. We cannot accept responsibility for the content or use of third-party sites.
